A Private semi detached cabin, located at the foot of Port Lympne animal reserve and a short walk to Dymchurch beach. Fantastic views over the countryside.
The Hive lodge is a recently and lovingly restored space which can accommodate up to 4 people for cosy, romantic and family friendly retreats. You really get the best of both worlds between the seaside and countryside
The Hive is set in the grounds of Copperfield Stables.

The space
Set in the outskirts of the sea side town of Dymchurch, with amazing far reaching views over the rural countryside. The Hive is located in a fantastic location to Port Lympne animal reserve, Dymchurch beach with amusements and arcade, Romney nature reserve with a 11 hectare nature trail.
Fancy some retail therapy? Ashford’s famous designer outlet is just 25mins away by car.

The newly built 2 bedroom lodge boasts ample space with king size master suite including suspended reading nook chair, smart tv and vanity desk.
The 2nd bedroom that can be changed into 2 singles or 1 double, dependant on your preference.
The bathroom has both walk in shower and claw foot roll top bath depending on what mood you’re in.
The living space consists of a new full size kitchen with all the home from home cooking equipment you need, dining area comfortable for 4 and large sofa to kick back and relax.
Full central heating full those colder nights.
Enclosed decking area for alfresco dining with beautiful views.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the lodge for the entirety of their stay. With drive in access and free parking in the courtyard. Dusk til dawn lighting is in place to assist at night.
The Hive is located behind copperfield stables and can be accessed via the track to the side.

We would ask guests to check in anytime from 3pm & checkout by 10am, although we may be able to be flexible, please ask.

Other things to note
You will receive a code to access the front door typically 24 hours before your stay.
We will leave all the important information you need for your stay in a folder under the TV, such as where to get food and things to do etc.
Bedding and towels are provided for your stay free of charge.
Cot and high chair are available upon request.
Electric wood burner for cosier nights.
