Copala is a "resort within a resort," with six pools, a gym, a family park, shaded lounge areas, a clubhouse with lounging areas and a theater room, and an on-site concierge. Guests will have access to many other resort pools and hot tubs, the community gym at Copala, the famous Quivira golf course, fine dining, hiking trails, and access to multiple resorts in the area including Pueblo Bonito Rosé, Pueblo Bonito Blanco, Pueblo Bonito Sunset, and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica (*adults only*).

Start your vacation the right way...follow these steps to make the most of your stay!!
***A pack n’ play is available at an additional daily cost, should you need one during your stay. We must be notified via AirBnB messenger at least 48 hours before check-in if you’ll need a pack n’ play. Payment is due prior to check-in.
1. CONCIERGE : We highly recommend stopping in to see the Copala Concierge as soon as possible after dropping your luggage off at the condo. This will make the rest of your stay much, much smoother with less likelihood of experiencing inconveniences.
***YOU MUST REGISTER WITH THE CONCIERGE TO OPEN A "FOLIO" IN ORDER TO RECEIVE DISCOUNTS ON DINING AND SERVICES AT ALL THE SISTER RESORTS***
-----IF YOU WILL HAVE A RENTAL CAR, YOU MUST SEE THE CONCIERGE FOR A PARKING PASS----- They will need the license plate number, the make/model of the vehicle, and a $5 USD refundable deposit that will be returned when you turn in the parking pass at the end of your stay.
2. SHUTTLE RIDES COST $5 USD PER RIDE. PLEASE LEAVE MONEY IN THE CONDO TO COVER THIS COST, OR LET US KNOW HOW MANY RIDES YOU TOOK AND WE CAN CHARGE YOU THROUGH AIRBNB.
---SHUTTLES STOP RUNNING AT 10 PM. AFTER 10 PM, YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE A TAXI OR UBER BACK TO COPALA. Please keep this in mind to avoid inconvenience.
-For fine dining options, you'll need to get off at the lobby stop of Pueblo Bonito Sunset.
-The second stop is the Market - almost like a food court with offerings of Asian, Mexican, Sushi, 50’s diner, crepe station & desserts. The second stop is also where "THE AFTER" is, which is a bar (nightclub in the evenings" where there are plenty of TVs that show games like the Superbowl, World Series, etc.
***Once your "FOLIO" has been opened with the Copala Concierge, state your condo name/number - Copala 1504- and get 20% off all food at resort restaurants!
3. TRANSPORTATION TO THE BEACH: You can reserve a shuttle from Copala to Pueblo Bonito Sunset and then take the resort bus to Pueblo Bonito Rose, which is right on Medano beach. You can also drive & park there as a Copala resident. Walk through the hotel onto the beach - cocktails, beach vendors & water taxis are all right there! Book the bus back or take a taxi/private transportation straight to Copala.
4. COVID TESTING : If your home country requires Covid testing, please let us know. We are happy to help schedule your testing.
5. GETTING AROUND THE RESORT : Hire a golf cart through the concierge - charged by the day. Pick up at the gate. Ask us how to reserve!
6. BIKING : E-bikes and mountain bikes can be booked through the concierge - 8am - 2 pm (there are trails all around Quivira community)
6. TENNIS/PICKLEBALL : Courts are located at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica- book through concierge

7. COPALA CLUBHOUSE : features a pool (with shallow areas for the kids!), gym, small theatre, loungers, and a lovely lunch bar - serves burgers, hotdogs, quesadillas, burritos, fish tacos, and poolside drink service
8. BEACH : Copala is located on the Pacific side of the Baja Peninsula. The Pacific is absolutely beautiful to walk along and observe, but is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS to get close to the water due to strong currents and rogue waves - it is NOT SWIMMABLE. The swimmable beaches in Cabo are located on the Sea of Cortez side of the peninsula - we are happy to offer information about great beaches for swimming, snorkeling, and other water activities!
9. DOWNTOWN CABO SAN LUCAS/MARINA AREA : Copala is located about a 15-minute drive from the downtown and marina area where you'll find great restaurants, bars, nightlife, and shopping options.
10. TVs/STREAMING : Our TVs are smart TVs with streaming services. Guests must sign into their own account to access streaming. *Please note, some streaming services may not be available in Mexico without a VPN. The easiest streaming to access is Netflix - please let us know if you have any issues, we're happy to help.
11. AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION : There are several options for airport transfers - please let us know if you need help getting this set up.
12. PRE-ARRIVAL GROCERY SHOPPING : There are several great companies that do pre-arrival shopping. We have used Prickly Pear and loved them - highly recommended!
PLEASE NOTE: As a brand-new community, you may experience some construction noise during the day. Evenings and weekends are typically quiet. Our rate has been adjusted to accommodate guests for this potential inconvenience.
Drone use is prohibited by HOA Regulations. Guests in violation of this policy may be subject to a fine issued by the HOA.
