Newly built and newly furnished, this home provides plenty of comfortable space for you and your guests! As you enter, you are greeted by the roomy dining area that features dining seating for 8 on the table and a poker table for 4! Unwind in the living room that features a fireplace and 65" 4k TV with a soundbar! Relax on the couch while watching your favorite shows after a long day of exploring the city! Making your way to the kitchen you'll see the oversized kitchen island that provides ample space for cooking and seating! This full kitchen provides everything you need and more to make all your favorite home-cooked meals! This kitchen has all the tools an at-home chef would need to make their signature dish! For the coffee lovers, the provided coffee machine has your cup-of-Joe ready to go! Make a hearty and warm breakfast and serve it up on the oversized kitchen island that seats 3!

The 1st bedroom is located downstairs and features a trundle bed giving this room a total of two twin beds to accommodate multiple of your guests! Upstairs is the remaining 5 bedrooms. The 2nd BR is private and features a beautiful red lovers theme as well as a queen with access to the spacious balcony! Relax while watching your favorite shows from the comfort of your bed or enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the balcony! The 3rd BR is the master with 3 luxurious queen beds as well as an attached master bath and closet! Get a good night's rest in the 4th private BR that includes a spacious king bed and 4k TV! The 5th private BR has a single queen bed as well as a 4k TV to catch up on the morning news with! Lastly, the 6th BR features 2 oh so comfy full beds to accommodate multiple guests and a TV for your entertainment!

Take advantage of our decked out backyard and grab your friends and family to enjoy the provided HOT TUB and fire pit! With plenty of seating, you can have a great time enjoying the outdoors with your group! Serve up your lunch on the outdoor patios and have a picnic or play a fun game of corn hole while soaking up the sun!

All spaces on the property are accessible except from the supply closet in upstairs corridor.
Please don't go into any of the areas with utilities or the attic as you or your guests will be responsible for any damages or injuries. If you have any trash please put in the trash bin that is located on the side yard behind the house.

Other things to note
Please note that although you're welcome to be in the back yard, noise carries. During weekdays we ask that all events are brought inside by 10:00 pm and midnight on Weekends.

Since we have fireplace past our outdoor curfew but please refrain from playing music or speaking loudly.

If our neighbor calls the police or us about a noise issue then it will be a $200 charge. When guests follow the rules regarding the backyard hours we never have issues with noise complaints so please follow the hours provided to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Neighborhood highlights

Located in the up and coming West Dallas - Trinity Groves neighborhood, my house is in a very quickly developing area because of how close it is to downtown. There is a lot of urban development with many new houses being built nearby. The neighborhood is older, but I assure you it is safe. I have multiple outdoor cameras, motion sensor lights all around the house, and a security system that can be used by guests. Only a quick drive down to Singleton Blvd, check out one of my favorite spots called Beto & Son's for a local father/son Mexicans dine-in restaurant. Saint Rocco's New York Italian is right next door and great for dinner, their patio space faces Downtown and has an unobstructed view of the city that POPs at night!

I've been a resident of the DFW for several years and I'm excited to be a representative of the city! I was inspired by Bnb experiences and want to be the type of host I'd personally enjoy staying with. I've put a lot of my personal savings into buying nicer furniture and decor to provide a true luxury experience!
