We’ve given this apartment a refresh and some love, and now it’s ready and waiting for you! Stay in one of Guadalajara’s most popular areas and enjoy all the amenities including a new queen size bed, kitchenette, high speed internet, and full bathroom.
We’re on a quiet street but just a couple blocks away from great cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, and an old-school gym with an open-air pool (they do day passes!).

The space
If you’re looking for a cozy, quiet space just a stone’s throw from the action, you’ve found it! We’re right off the main avenues but this street stays chill.

You’ll enjoy a queen sized bed, bathroom, living area, and a small kitchenette complete with induction stoves, small fridge, and-coffee maker. (Although with so many great brunch places within walking distance, you might just want to eat out all the time!).

Guadalajara can get hot in the summer, but this little gem stays cool without air conditioning. It’s all been freshly decorated and this gal’s lookin’ GOOD!

This one is all for you! You have your own private entrance and the space is 100% yours to enjoy.
I’ll be around for anything you need (me, my girlfriend, and honorary host Chito the dog live upstairs), but I respect guest’s privacy and I like to let you do your thing.

We don’t have air-conditioning or central heating, but we DO provide fans and blankets in case you need them!

Our shower is electric (It’s been professionally fitted and is properly grounded, so you’re good to go)!

One of the least charming parts of Guadalajara is the freight train that passes through sometimes. We’d love to say you won’t hear it occasionally, but unfortunately, that’s city life (you can hear that beast from pretty much any point in the city that’s even remotely close to the railway line).

We don’t have a garage, but you can park on the street right outside.

Our street is calm and quiet, but we're walking distance from anything you could possibly need! You're just minutes from great cafe's, bars and restaurants; if you want to stock the fridge there's a mini supermarket 4 minutes away selling fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, and tortillas, or larger supermarkets are also easily walkable. Enjoy the convenience of a central location without the headache of a big avenue! A pleasant stroll down a leafy avenue will lead you to the buzz of Avenida Chapultepec, and buses pass by our surrounding avenues frequently to take you further afield.
