Soak up the view during your stay.
A beautiful condo directly on the ocean on the north side of Nassau. Enjoy this two bedroom, two full bath condo with all the amenities. Full kitchen for cooking local Lobsters, and other delicious delicacies found on our Island. You will want to make this place a tradition year after year. Wifi, 50" TV in living room. Originally built as part of famous Compass Point Studios for musicians. Quiet area with local restaurants within close walking distance.

The space
The townhome sits right on the ocean. Sometimes the waves hit the patio and you feel that ocean mist. The condo is on the water but the best beach access is about 3 min away driving. This is very private space, only 4 townhome units, with several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Look up Compass Point Studio and see a very rich history of music recorded there. These condos were built to house musicians while recording — Bob Marley and the Whalers, The Rolling Stones and AC/DC to name just a few.

There are currently three restaurants within walking distance. This is not a tourist area, mainly locals and part time very nice residential area along ocean.

Compass Point Resort (CURRENTLY CLOSED)

Dino's Conch Stand (locals selling, locals buying fresh catch)



BaHa Mar Resort is now open. Features shops, restaurants and casino. Located ten minutes away.

I run a software company, and go between Nashville TN and Nassau a fair amount....Nassau is to get away. However I still can work via the internet, but with sound of waves hitting seawall, and great weather. This side of Nassau is all locals and part timers from all over the world. This is not the cruise ship side of the island ! I lucked out and this unit came up for sale next door to some Nashville music people I was staying with. It was an easy decision. Renting it part time to pay utilities and upkeep. Lots of local great restaurants and its an easy drive or walk. Great place to read books, and then walk next door for a beer at night. The music history here is fantastic, and everyone recorded at Compass Point.
