Casita Cómoda is a cozy bungalow set in a wooded private residential compound at the heart of San Pablo city. It is a 2 hour drive (1.5 hours in light traffic) from Makati and is conveniently located minutes away from supermarkets, local restaurants, business establishments & some attractions.

This vacation home is ideal for self-reliant families, small groups, especially those who value privacy, a relaxing atmosphere, a quiet space and non-resort living.

The space
This spacious and airy bungalow has white interiors, a generous front porch, high ceilings and a wall of windows that allow natural light to flood the living and sleeping areas.

It can sleep a maximum of 7 adults comfortably in two bedrooms. There is a nightly base rate for 4 adults and children below 2 years old sharing a bed with their parents. There is an additional charge for each of the 5th and 6th person (adults &/or children 2-12 years old).

HEADCOUNT

1. Our maximum occupancy at the moment is 7 only ( adults and children above 2 years). This is STRICT and non-negotiable. There is an additional charge of P 800 per head in excess of 4. Please respect this as we do not entertain impromptu additions, regardless.

2. Children ages 2 and below are not included in the headcount and are therefore exempt from charges, given that they share a bed with a parent/guardian.

3. Drivers, maids and other employees of the guests are included in the headcount.

4. Visitors /casual guests are not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed in the premises.

5. We will require names of registered guests & may require proof of vaccination of each guests after booking confirmation.

FOOD and HOUSEKEEPING

1. Our home is not a full serviced hotel. Please clean up after yourselves.

2. We are a self-catering facility with no food service. You may bring your food items, use the full kitchen to cook or you can order food for delivery or pick up by our caretaker from Casa San Pablo Cafe. You can find the menu in the dining area. You may also have food delivered by Foodpanda.

3. For any concerns during your stay our caretaker resides in a separate house on the property and would gladly assist you, however, he is NOT there to serve you or do housekeeping chores (go to market ,wash dishes, clean-up, cook etc.)
