This is a clean modern cottage in a quiet natural setting, good for couples, families or small reunions. Built in 2017, this comfy house has fast wifi with dog-friendly, fully-fenced lot. Located 6 min. to downtown West Asheville, 12 min. to downtown Asheville and Biltmore Estate. Close to Bob Lewis Sports Park, NC Arboretum, Blue Ridge Parkway, Tanger outlets, Buncombe County Sports Park, WNC Farmers Market, I-40 and I-26. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, a/c, sleeps up to 5.

The space
The cottage is quiet and mostly secluded, yet only minutes to eclectic West Asheville (Uber $10 and up), and downtown AVL (Uber $15 and up). It has a vaulted ceiling in the kitchen/living room and lots of natural light. Dedicated high-speed wifi is available throughout the house. The two bedrooms have memory foam queen-sized mattresses, and the second bedroom includes a half bunk with a twin.

The fully fenced yard is spacious and sunny, about one quarter acre in size. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home. Flat screen TV includes a Roku and guests can access their own subscribed streaming services. Covered porch has chairs and is big enough for relaxing in the evenings or out of the sun.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire 780 square foot cottage along with a .25 acre fenced in yard. A hall closet with supplies for the maid is locked.

Other things to note
Stand-alone short term rentals are not allowed in Asheville city limits. We are just outside of the city (by a few feet!), so our rental is 100% legit.

The gravel parking lot can hold up to 3 cars. If you need more space for your vehicles, let us know and we will find more space on our property. Do not park in the grassy yard as this can leave ruts and may collapse the septic system.

We can accept no more than 2 dogs at any time. Your dog should be on flea and tick medication. If you bring a dog, please try your best keep him/her off of the furniture and beds. Bring your own dog sheets if your pet is going to get on furniture.

We will charge extra to remove dog hair from blankets and sheets. No cats allowed, no exceptions.

Note that the fence around the yard is only 4' high and large dogs may be able to clamber over. You are responsible for your dog at all times.

Neighborhood highlights

We are on the western edge of Asheville City limits-- a nice bucolic neighborhood with lots of trees and open pasture. We are very close to the Buncombe County Sports Park, Bob Lewis Ball Park, and close to the NC Arboretum, Blue Ridge Parkway, French Broad River, and West Asheville.
