The space
Downstairs apartment in a two-unit building, with a separate front entrance to the outside.

The galley kitchen has a full set up. Each of the two bedrooms in the rear of the apartment contains a queen bed and ample closet space. There is one full bathroom in the middle of the apartment.

No clothes washing/drying machines provided, but drop-off/self service/delivery laundromats are nearby.

Subway (metro train) summary:
- C train at Rockaway Ave, 8-minute walk
- J train at Halsey St or Chauncey St, 9-minute walk
- L train at Bushwick Ave-Aberdeen St, 15-minute walk
- Closest part of Manhattan is a 35-minute subway ride away (including walking), but map your destination for most accurate travel time

No car parking included. However, free street parking is likely available, with much better parking availability compared to Downtown Brooklyn or Manhattan. Standard residential NYC Alternate Side Parking rules apply (no parking for street sweeping 9:30AM-11AM Monday/Thursday on one side and Tuesday/Friday the other).

Ubers arrive quickly given the driving proximity to popular roads such as Fulton St., Atlantic Ave., Broadway (in Brooklyn), and Eastern Parkway.
