Sleeping Arrangements and Guest Capacity
The property has two private bedrooms, each furnished with a bed.
In addition, there are two large sofa beds:
• One located inside the gaming room
• One located in the sala (living area)
For larger groups, floor mattresses are available and may be placed beside the sofa bed in the gaming room and beside the sofa bed in the sala.
The property can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests for sleeping.
Up to 8 additional daytime visitors are allowed, bringing the maximum occupancy to 20 persons.
Please note that additional visitors will not be provided with sleeping spaces and must comply with all house rules.
Please note that scheduled water system maintenance is conducted every last Wednesday of the month from 10:00 AM until approximately 4:00 PM. During this period, water supply may be temporarily unavailable or experience low pressure. We recommend planning water usage accordingly. Let the water run through for 5 mins after the maintenance.
