Colusa View Chalet is a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 full bath cabin located in Moonridge, Big Bear Lake. Situated in a secluded cul-de-sac with ski slope and mountain views. Conveniently located near Bear Mountain and Snow Summit ski resorts. Bear Mountain is a mile away and just minutes from the Alpine Zoo, Golf Course, The Lake and The Village. Enjoy the view on the upper deck while you sip your morning coffee, BBQ or watch the sunset. Unwind in the spa or play in our fully fenced oversized yard!

The space
Enter into our open floor plan living room with a large stone fireplace. The kitchen has beautiful white cabinets, matte granite with counter top seating and new appliances. It is fully stocked with high quality products. The master bedroom and a full bathroom are also located on the entry level along with a full size washer and dryer. Our home has been recently remodeled with attention to detail.

The second and third bedrooms (bunk room) are located downstairs along with another full bathroom. The bunk room is an open room coming down from the stairs. Colusa View Chalet uses luxury, quality bedding and linens throughout. We also have a mesh Wi-Fi system throughout for full home Wi-Fi coverage. Our TV’s are located in the family room and each of the three bedrooms. Home activities include foosball, board games, cards, puzzles, kids’ books and outdoor games.

The ideal parking situation is to park two cars perpendicular on the parking deck. The driveway is steep and will be partially chained off. From the parking deck, are stairs leading to the front door. Please note that there is NO STREET PARKING per the city ordinance, fines will be issued.
