The kitchen is stocked with all the tools and utensils you will need to make delicious meals (or just coffee) during your stay. There is a fridge, 5 burner electric range and oven, microwave, toaster, BLENDER, air fryer, and a dishwasher.
There are pots, pans, bakeware, baking sheets, mixing bowls, knives, cutting boards, strainers, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a mixing spoon, slotted spoon, spatula, tongs, peeler, pizza cutter, oven mitts, kitchen towels, a can opener, bottle opener, and a wine opener. A 12 cup brew cup coffee machine. There are grill tools and a grill lighter. There are plates, bowls, silverware, coffee mugs, water glasses, wine glasses, and beer glasses.
Master Bedroom (King) :
Enjoy brand new comfortable king Beautyrest Hybrid Plush mattress with plenty of pillows, high quality bedding and linens. There are side tables with lamps and a sound machine. This room has an option for 2 twin beds (new Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid) or one king Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid mattress. Like the other rooms, it comes with plenty of pillows, high quality bedding and linens. There are side tables with lamps and a sound machine. Ample closet space, plenty of hangers, and a luggage rack.
Bedroom #4 (Queen) :

Living & Dinning :
You enter the home through the first living room. This room features a comfortable 4 person couch with a 65 inch smart TV and Young Living Aroma therapy diffuser. French doors lead to the pool seating area. The "Movie Room" features 6 reclining leather chairs, 85 inch smart TV and two adult size bean bag chairs. The Dinning room has a breakfast bar seating for 6 and table seating for 6. Lets not forget the 8 bar stools in the tiki hut bar make a great place for meals.
Bathrooms :
Master ensuite - Soaker tub, shower, powder room, double vanities, and blow dryer.
Cabana bathroom - Shower, toilet, vanity, and blow dryer. (Enter from the pool area or the house.) Located across from bedroom #4.
Bathroom 3 - Shower, toilet, vanity, and blow dryer. Located in between bedroom.
*All bathrooms have towels, washcloths, hand towels, and makeup clothes for your stay. We provide spa quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. As well as extra toilet paper.
Laundry Room :
Washer and two Samsung dryers. Complimentary laundry soap, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Pool & Outdoor Area :
Large saltwater, heated pool with sun shelf and hot tub. Six lounge chairs with cushions. Pool floats, pool toys, and 8 beach towels supplied. Comfortable patio couch and chairs with smart TV in pool area in the shaded area. Mini refrigerator and propane grill located in the tiki hut. 8 bar stools in the tiki bar, fire pit chairs, outdoor ash tray and a hammock in back yard. Four bikes and helmets located in the garden shed. The hot tub and pool are on the same system. If one is heating the other can not be heating. The pool heats to 82 degrees everyday. Our pool is very large and takes a lot of energy to heat. If you would like the pool above 82 degrees, a fee of $50 a day can be added at your request. A temperature above 88 is not realistic with the size of pool we have. We apologize for any inconvenience. The hot tub heats to 104 every night from 5pm-9pm. If you want the time of either pool or hot tub changed please message us. **If the air temperature drops below 60 degrees, the pool heater will struggle to get the pool temperature to 82 degrees. If this is something you are worried about, this airbnb may not be for you.**
Safety :
Fire extinguisher attached to the side of the tiki bar and first aid kit located in the kitchen closet.
Guest access
The entire home and property is for you. We use the garage as storage and may need to access it from time to time. We will give you a heads up and never enter the home.
Other things to note
Video Surveillance: - The Property has security cameras that are all placed exteriorly. These are facing the driveway, ring doorbell, and viewing the pool pump on the side of the house (not in pool area). This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.
