The space
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gem has been recently renovated with the finest touches and meticulous details. The brand new kitchen boasts a ton of storage with locally built, soft-close cabinetry, new appliances, stainless steel microwave, and beautiful granite countertops. You are sure to cook up a storm with your family and loved ones in this chef’s dream kitchen!

Coco Maya Villa has three distinct and private outdoor spaces for you to enjoy the natural beauty and wildlife that Costa Rica is so famous for. Open up the back patio doors through the kitchen to enter into the serene and spacious screened-in terrace. A perfect spot for family meals or reading a good book. Make your way upstairs through the master bedroom onto the second floor balcony, overlooking the pool and picturesque landscaping of the complex, a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee. Through the front entrance is a quaint and peaceful porch area where you can also enjoy a view of the pool and the surrounding nature. This Villa has everything a nature-lover could ask for!

Coco Maya Villa is fully loaded with all the amenities one would expect during a tropical vacation: Three A/C units, one in each bedroom and one in the main living area, private washer/dryer located within the back screened-in terrace, high speed internet boasting speeds of up to 100Mpbs, Smart TV with Amazon FireStick, comfortable queen beds in both bedrooms, two full bathrooms equipped with tiled walk-in showers for convenience and accessibility, 3 distinct private outdoor spaces, a private BBQ grill area, and much more!

The town center of Del Coco is a bustling and lively atmosphere boasting world class restaurants and shopping, entertaining nightlife for every walk of life, and a main hub for nature tours and expeditions. Coco Maya Villa is also perfectly located only a 30-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport, Liberia. It can be accessed easily by rental cars, airport shuttles, taxis, and vacation tours. With its amazing location, you really don’t need a rental car to enjoy your time in Del Coco, however, for the serious adventure-seekers, renting a car or joining a nature tour will expand your horizons to access all the incredible experiences Costa Rica has to offer. Waterfalls, zip-lining, hiking, sea fishing, snorkelling, scuba diving, helicopter tours, wildlife spotting, bird watching, national parks, and much more are all within a 30-minute driving radius of Del Coco!
