Just a quick walk to the beach, & you’ll be relaxing for sure. Free parking, newer washer/dryer, full kitchen, smart TVs, & Wi-Fi provide all the comforts of home. Outdoor space includes a shared pool, grilling area, & porch. Avoid the crowds & elevators in this relaxing condo that boasts only 14 units total. Easy going beach.

The space
Beach-themed 2 bedroom & 2 bath condo. Ample room to spread out with an open floor plan that intermingles the kitchen, living, and dining room. The condo is spacious at 900 sq ft.

*Large smart TVs in the bedrooms and living room offer streaming services using your login for service, & cable is provided.

*Meal Seating: For 8 (Dining Room table for 6 & Breakfast Bar seating for 2)

*Sleeping arrangements:
-Master bedroom w/ king bed and full bath
-Guest bedroom w/ 2 full beds and a single foldout ottoman
-Living room w/ pullout queen sleeper/sofa
-Sleep 5-6 comfortably and max of 7.

*Kitchen/appliances: Fully stocked with microwave, stove, coffeemaker (drip and pod), refrigerator & freezer, portable ice maker, dishwasher, various utensils, flatware, pots, pans, cups, and plates make meals a breeze for those days you don't want to go out.

*Laundry: Newer stacked washer and dryer.

***We provide a starter pack for items such as laundry detergent, soap, dishwasher detergent, and toilet paper. If you anticipate using more of these items please bring them or plan on picking them up during your stay.

*FREE Parking: 2 cars per stay in lot.
1 assigned spot included and 7 other first come first served spots. Second spot is not guaranteed.

*Bathrooms: 2 Full bathrooms with tub and showers.

*The Condo complex: Plenty of privacy as there are only 14 condo units. No elevators or front desk to wait for. Situated in between the Gulf and Little Lagoon (1 block to each) in the more laid back west beach with beach access via 10th st.

*The Area: In the West Beach, just down the road from Highway 59 & The Hangout & other restaurants so as to not miss out on the action for the adventurous, but in a more relaxed family-friendly area to offer a peaceful & relaxing place to recharge.

Guest access
The outdoor pool and grills are available for guest use year-round.

Other things to note
Various board games, card games, & beach items available for our guests. There are DVD players, but please bring your choice of DVDs.

Neighborhood highlights

The Coastal Coconut is a block and a half from the beach (5 minute walk). It is also a block and a half to Little Lagoon (5 minute walk). There is a convenience store with all of the basics, an ice cream shop, seafood market, and restaurant within a block for those days you just want to relax and don't want to drive at all.

The Beach Access has a wash station to rinse the sand and sea off before your trip back.
