However, what has stood out since launch in January 2023, and what makes this place unique, is the social dynamics that occur between a handful of global digital nomads that meet and quickly become a close knit community. A digital nomad heaven, Condesa Coliving+Coworking ("Co3") is a 9 bedroom full-service coliving space, full bathrooms (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL BATHROOM DETAILS BELOW!) & daily cleaning service. Upstairs from its own Coworking Studio, and distributed into three main Areas, each has specific conforts and services, sweeping views of Mexico City, and lots of sunlight. Super fast and reliable Telmex 1,000 Mbps connection throughout the property. Security guard on building premises 24x7, and free parking upon request. Sorry, we're no longer allowing pets!
Private Bedroom Wings
A flight above the common areas, this Area comprises three separate bedroom hallways with three private bedrooms each, all of them with full closet, desk, ergonomic chair, internet mesh router, and nightstand.
- Your private bedroom can comfortably sleep two people in a Spring Air orthopedic mattress (Queen size), with plenty of living space, and additional storage spaces, some designated for your luggage.
- In addition to the pleasant breeze stemming from the ceiling fan, your bedroom has its own powerful 12,000 BTU A/C unit.
- Just ask, and our staff will provide you with: cozy extra comforters, humidifiers, fans, portable heaters.
- In-room cleaning and sheets changing is available upon request any day of the week!
>>> BATHROOM: at the end of your bedroom wing hallway, you will see your hallway's two guest-only full bath, which is used only by two people, you and the guest in the room neighboring yours. It is kept spotless daily by our in-house staff.
Common Areas
This Area is expansive, open and lighted, with two fully equipped kitchens, a dining/meetings table, an open, inviting social/living room with a huge 75" TV, plush carpet and super confortable sofa set. Completely equipped on-site Laundry Room is free, and at your disposal 24x7. We also have daily cleaning service.
All work will get done in our energizing, functional, and naturally lighted Coworking Studio with areas for individual work as well as for meetings and collaboration and two private call booths, one fully sound proofed. We've stopped at nothing to help you be at your most productive day or night. Each guest has their own personal workstation in an open, stimulating environment, and their own high quality ergonomic chair. For those times when you need extra quiet to hyper-focus on that critical deadline, tune out everything by putting on your house provided red-noise ANC over the ear headphones. Best of all, your personal workstation features a huge, 32" FHD "vision care" monitor.
Best Rooftop in Condesa
The building's awesome Rootop is another key draw for our guests, as it features two expansive for different purposes. On the open side, you have pool-style tables, zero-g chairs and sun lounge sofas where you can relax or BBQ surrounded by wide views to the western parts of the City (Polanco, Lomas, Santa Fe, etc.). This side also features a half bathroom. The other side is more exclusive, featuring a full gym, ping-pong table, yoga mats, full kitchen, dining area, games and relax areas, as well as a super comfy, cozy cinema room with 4K projector, and awesome 7.1 Yamaha hi fi sound system. Ideal for working out, socializing with other guests, playing games, dining, entertaining your own visitors, karaoke or movie night. This side has wide views of Condesa and Roma neighborhoods, particularly of Parque México's treetops.
Co3 provides you with all these services so that you can save money on expensive restaurants, excessive take outs, office/Co-working fees, laundry, and housekeeping services.
Here's a brief "tour" of the space, starting from your own bedroom:
You exit your bedroom within your Private Bedroom Wing, above the Common Areas. The stairs will take you stairs to the Coworking Studio, rest/play area, 2 Kitchens, and Laundry Room.
You come down the stairs, and see an open, expansive common area starting with the kitchen that you'll share with only three other neighbors. Further down straight is the 9 station Coworking Studio, and behind you to your left is the Laundry Room with free access to washer and dryer. The Coworking Studio and the Laundry Room are all common for all bedrooms.
On your way to the Coworking Studio you'll pass the kitchen to your left and on your right you'll see the sound-proof conferencing booth for full privacy during your calls. As you approach the middle of the Coworking Studio, you'll see the open air balcony door, and to your right, the living room, right opposite to the Coworking Studio.
The living room area, complete with games (dartboard, chess, etc.) and huge 75" TV are common for all guests, as is a second niche, separated priivate call workstation. On your front you'll see a second kitchen that belongs to other bedrooms in the apartment. All the way to your right, you'll see the staircase that takes you to a second Private Bedroom Wing which is identical to the ones on the other side of the apartment.
You then exit the apartment, and go up in our beautiful glass elevator into the Roof Garden, where on the western side, you'll see a large open social area, with zero-g sun beds, pool-style tables & chairs, and BBQ, as well as a bathroom. On your eastern side, you'll have a glass canopy which also includes a gym, ping-pong table, yoga mat, full kitchen, dining tables, board games, and our awesome projection room with hi fi sound system. And after dark, this exclusive part of the Roof Garden can become the ultimate getaway, with low warm dimmable lights, perfect for drinks and relaxing.
Guest access
As described above, please note that this rental is NOT for the entirety of the apartment; there are private areas and there are common areas.
Guests have access to their Private Bedroom Wing, the Common Areas of the apartment, and of the building in general, including Roof Garden and parking. That said, guests' privacy and personal property are taken very seriously; and our space is designed to provide and protect it.
Day visitors are welcome and have access to all areas, as do overnight visitors who stay once or twice per week. Guests planning to have an overnight visitor more than that need add them as an additional Guest to the reservation (exceptions can be made, upon agreement with the House Manager). All visitors are registered by Security upon entry into the building.
Access to the apartment, as well as each guest's private bedroom is through code locks and smart-locks which are updated for every guest; no keys are given out.
