A corner-unit fully furnished 2-bedroom condo in a resort inspired settings. You will have (2) balconies with unobstructed view, one facing the Skyway and the other Bulacan.

1. For 25 or more days accomodation, you'll be given 300Kwh of free electric consumption for which beyond these allowance it shall be billed thru the resolution center. Cost will be Php 13/kwh or Meralco prevailing rate. Photos of before and after electric reading will be provided.

2. Guest ID are required to be submitted and approved by PMO (1) one business day before check-in. Non-comliance means automatic cancellation of booking. There are protocols for check-in process at the lobby, including, but not limoted to, submission of ID, and facial photography. We request guest must comply to ensure your safety and security while inside the premises.

3. How is the door lock access?
Door access is via smart lock. You will be given uniquel entry PIN code shortly after the reservation is confirmed.

4. Does your unit have a free parking?
No free parking. However I can arrange for one if you need 2 or more days. Normally cost 300/day. Alternatively there is a paid hourly parking offered by the building admin within the premises.

5. Are we allowed to have visitors?
Unfortunately, no visitor is allowed. This is a condo-wide policy, for security reasons. Only you, friends and relatives originally submitted is allowed entry. Maximum of (6) person.

6. Can we use the swimming pool?
Yes, but from Monday to Wednesday only (excluding holidays)
Swimming pool fee that you need to pay directly to Bldg. Admin = Php224 / person

7. Can we use the gym?
No. Exclusive for residents use only.

8. Do you accept early check-in and late check-out?
We allow if the unit is available meaning no confirmed booking before and after. Please inform us in advance to avoid any conflict. Minimal fee of 150/hour for early check-in and late check-out is required.

9. Are we allowed to leave luggages at the Lobby?
Unattended luggages are not allowed in the lobby. The are no luggage storage in the premises.

10. Are we allowed to cook inside the unit?
Only mild cooking is permitted.

11. Are we allowed to bring in pets?
Sorry no pets allowed.

When the booking is confirmed send us a copy of your valid ID (everyone in the group) to process authorization letter for the Bldg. Admin. Please note you will need to surrender any form of ID at the lobby for compliance.
