2-bedroom villa with garden & private playground - ideal for small families or digital nomads. Mature garden surrounding the villa is home to some birds, and offer natural shade. Ultra fast Internet is covering the garden, so you can work from the terrace, hammock or a secluded balcony. New ACs, Fans, good water pressure, fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa, BBQ, smart TV, double swing, inflatable pool, trampoline, toys and etc. Nice beach is only 5 min walk away, close to shops and restaurants
The space
This property is ideal for someone who loves promenade walks and swimming in the sea (which is 5 min walk away with no roads to cross). Local beach St George offers great snorkelling opportunities, water sports and general swimming.

The space is 2-bedroom villa, sinking in the mature garden. Relax on the secluded balcony, surrounded by trees, have a lunch on the patio, rest with a book in the hammock. Fall asleep on the comfy sofa downstairs and enjoy queen-size beds at night. Everything is done for comfort of our quests. We iron the bedding and we provide both bath and beach towels to guests.
House is prepared for winter stays - it is well insulated, has new ACs, rugs and dehumidifier.
Fully equipped kitchen, ACs and ceiling fans, smart TV, smart Radio, ultrasonic and traditional pest repellents, tennis equipment and much more!
Kids can enjoy double swing seat, toys, tennis equipment, obstacle line and a trampoline. There is a small paddling pool for the children in the garden so they can keep cool throughout the day. You can fill it up yourself from a water hose, so your kids play in fresh water. Water guns are also provided for added fun.
House is great for remote working - with 200mb fiber internet, covering house and garden area. There are outdoor sockets, so you can comfortably work from the patio.
We clean the house and outside territory too.

Atlantica Akteon hotel is 100 meters away and usually allows use of the pool and facilities, when a drink or meal is purchased. 24/7 convenience store Refresh Market & Café Akova| Chlorakas is 5 min walk away.
Other things to note
For the comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have outdoor CCTV in place. It helps us ensure that the villa is used as intended — a peaceful family stay — and not for parties or children’s events.
This property is not suitable for naked bathing in the garden. We kindly ask guests to be considerate towards future young guests of the villa.
Please note, mature garden is surrounding the house, with some bird nests and fruit trees. In the garden you may encounter some wildlife, like lizards, spiders, flies, mantis and cats.
Our closest beach, St George, is sandy beach with some rocks, so it is better to wear swimming shoes. Wonderful snorkeling here. Better sandy beaches are Venus beach and Coral Bay.
No Pets are allowed, we have young guests with allergies staying, pet fee €700.
