Clementine Villas are located side-by-side on a quiet residential street near the sea. There are 2 internal gates between villas, parking for 2 cars and 9 outdoor socializing spots, that are equipped with furniture and internet coverage. 2 sets of Cyprus BBQ, 2 hammocks, 5 swing seats, obstacle lines, 2 trampolines, and, of course, toys and board games. Water guns are also provided for added fun.

Kids friendly design, comfortable furniture, fully fitted kitchens, Play Ship, play gardens, swing seats, hammocks, toys, trampoline, BBQ and much more! 50mb internet in each Villa, ultrasonic repellents, aircons, celling fans, Smart TV, and etc.

Guest access
There is unlimited outside parking on the street next to the villas. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, located right by the sea - with no roads to cross to get to the beach. 24/7 convenience store is 5 min walk away. Nearest supermarket, small shopping mall and restaurants are 600 meters away.
Atlantica Akteon hotel is 100 meters away and usually allows use of the pool and facilities, when a drink or meal is purchased.
Villas are 30 min drive from the airport, 7 min drive to Harbor and 20 minutes drive from Akamas Peninsula

Other things to note
Please note, mature garden is surrounding the house, with some bird nests and fruit trees. In the garden you may encounter some wildlife, like lizards, spiders, flies, mantis and cats.
For the comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have outdoor CCTV in place. It helps us ensure that the villas are used as intended — a peaceful family stay — and not for parties or children’s events
No Pets are allowed, we have young guests with allergies staying, pet fee €700.
Our closest beach, St George, is sandy beach with some rocks, so it is better to wear swimming shoes. Better sandy beaches are Venus beach and Coral Bay.
