The space
Our lovely static caravan was built in 2023.
Has nice comfy living room with access to the patio area through french doors, where u can enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the lake.
Fully equipped kitchen with a fresh bean to cup automatic coffee machine.
Full bathroom with shower.
Master bedroom with en suite with shower.
Second bedroom with two single beds.
Additional sleeping capacity is in the living room where the sofa can be converted to a small double bed.
Patio area on the front with rattan furniture and BBQ on the side of the caravan with a small decking area next to the lake which can be used as a fishing spot. Fishing passes are required and are available to buy in the office for £7.5 per day per person or £35 per week per person.
Please note there is a height restriction of 2.03m (6′ 6″) at the entrance barrier.
Other things to note
The caravan is sited on the jet ski lake.
Jet skis are allowed on the lake between 10am to 3pm so u can expect a bit of engine noise.
You can use paddle boards on the lake from sunrise to 10am and from 3pm to sunset.
