Located in the midst of serene mountains and master planned by a renowed Architect, this property brings you to the peaceful and tranquil Baguio feels. With walkable open spaces, fog-blanketed flora, breathtaking vistas and temperatures a few degrees cooler than that of the city proper.

* Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms & 1 half bathroom, providing convenience for guests.
* Views: Breathtaking vistas from the unit, complemented by a veranda for outdoor relaxation.
* Accessibility: Designed to be senior-friendly, ensuring comfort for all ages.
It's a 6-step walk from the parking to the house, and another 6 steps up to the veranda.

We wanted to inform you that our accommodations do not have a heater in the faucet; however, we do have a heater available in the shower for your comfort.
Additionally, while we provide a complete set of utensils for your use, we suggest bringing disposable plates, cups, and cutlery for added convenience during your stay.
Closed Barrier from 10pm to 6am.
.The village has a closed barrier from 10 pm to 6 am, and there are specific instructions for entering and exiting the village during this time.

Parking is conveniently located both In front and behind my house with plenty of space reserved for your stay.

For your safety and convenience, I use a smart lock system for entry into the property. Here’s how it works:
• Secure Access: Each guest receives a unique One-Time Password (OTP) for the duration of their stay. This ensures that only you have access to the property during your visit.
• OTP Generation: I will generate and send your OTP to you one day before your check-in date. This allows you to access the property without the need for physical keys, enhancing both safety and ease.
• Privacy and Security: The smart lock system ensures that access is strictly controlled, providing peace of mind throughout your stay.

• Peaceful & Private: Our neighborhood is quiet, uncrowded, and ideal for a truly relaxing escape or a family retreat.
• Senior-Friendly Access: Designed for comfort and ease of movement, making it safe and accessible for older guests or family members.
• Location & Distance: We are located about 5 kilometers (a 15 to 20-minute drive) from Burnham Park and the city proper. It is close enough for convenience, restaurant, pharmacy, talipapa, grocery, playground and sari sari store but far enough to guarantee peace and quiet. Taxis and local transport are accessible.
