Why we call it Circle Arrow Retreat
The Country Home features 3.2 acres including the house, covered porch, large front and back yards, and hay meadows. We named it Circle Arrow Retreat because it is just 3 miles from town but features a pleasant, relaxing, country setting.
Perfect for Small Events
The property is perfect for family-oriented small events, such as graduations, wedding receptions, tailgates, birthday parties, etc. We have extra tables and chairs, and the generous house, covered porch, and large garage provide plenty of space, rain or shine. ½ mile private road for walking or hiking. Bedroom 1: King Bed (adjustable), Sofa, Dresser

Nursery
The nursery (see photos) is in a room just off the master bathroom. It's a cozy room with a window (sunlight can be blocked out), rocking chair, and kids books/toys are included. The toddler bed can be converted into a second crib if that best suites your needs.
Bathrooms
Master Bath: Large bathroom off master bedroom includes 2 sinks, shower, separate tub, and pleasant décor. Handicapped equipped. All showers and tubs are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Hall Bath: Just across the hall from the bedroom with two single beds. Shower and tub.
Bath off Laundry Room: The third bathroom is off the kitchen and laundry room. Shower provided.
Living Room
Flexsteel leather sofa, loveseat and swivel chair seat 6. The sofa is equipped with cup holders and phone rechargers. Conventional fireplace converted to an electric fireplace provides a nice extra touch.
TV features DIRECTV streaming (provided), ROKU, and other streaming services (log into your account). DIRECTV streaming includes Fox Sports and ESPN, which broadcast Big 12 sports.
There is a traditional fireplace in the living room, that we've converted to an electric fireplace. You can turn it on and off via the switch on the wall to the right of the fireplace.
Kitchen:
All electric appliances, Keurig coffee maker, cooking and dining accessories, chest freezer for ice. Everything you need to cook and serve your favorite meals.
Includes a pantry, door to the covered porch, and sliding glass door to the driveway. Plenty of room. Table seats six. We have a high chair for little ones.
Safe Room
A first-class storm safe room is located just behind the garage and is available for use during severe weather. For your safety, a weather radio inside the home will alert you to any weather warnings or advisories.
Parking
Enjoy a spacious, paved garage with room for two vehicles, plus a large driveway that can accommodate three. The driveway can also accommodate RVs, trailers, or other large vehicles with ease.

You'll have access to whole property, including the front and back yards. Large driveway with indoor parking available for one car. Both the front yard and back yard are perfect for yard games, such as cornhole (provided), touch football, frisbee, etc.
