The space
Designed with remote work and longer stays in mind, this fully furnished, newly remodeled loft sits on 2.5 private acres of open desert, surrounded by expansive 360° views and uninterrupted quiet. It’s a place to slow down, focus, and settle into the rhythm of the landscape.
Inside, the space is bright, minimal, and calming, designed for both work and rest. Large windows frame the desert horizon, while the open loft layout offers plenty of flexibility for creative projects, writing, remote work, or simply enjoying the stillness of the desert.
The property runs 100% on solar power with Tesla battery backup, providing reliable power even during the outages that can occasionally happen in the high desert — so you can stay comfortable and connected.
The kitchen is equipped with the basic essentials for everyday use.
Just a few steps across the concrete pad is your private bathhouse, complete with a spacious walk-in shower and views of the desert sky. Please note that the bathroom is detached from the main loft — an intentional part of the indoor/outdoor experience of the property.
Outside, you’ll have plenty of space to walk, unwind, work outdoors, or simply watch the landscape and light change throughout the day.
A second bedroom is available upon request for an additional charge, and we’re happy to discuss accommodating more than two guests if needed.
A starter supply of essentials is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, salt, and olive oil. For longer stays, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.
Mail and package delivery is permitted at the guest’s own risk. We cannot guarantee package handling, PO Box access, forwarding, or delivery coordination during your stay.
Please note our strict cancellation policy: reservations may be canceled within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. After that period, reservations are non-refundable.

It’s a rare pocket of quiet just minutes from Pioneertown, yet it can feel worlds away.
PRIVATE SOUND THERAPY SESSIONS
Private sound therapy sessions are available on the property for guests looking for a deeper reset during their stay. Sessions can be arranged directly with us, and you’ll find photos of the experience toward the end of the listing images.
PAPPY & HARRIET’S
Pappy & Harriet’s is just 7 minutes away. If you’re planning to eat there, we recommend arriving early — it’s one of the desert’s most popular destinations and can get very busy, particularly on weekends and concert nights.
STARTER ESSENTIALS
We provide a starter supply of four rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, salt and olive oil. For longer stays, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.

PETS
Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the space accordingly.
PRIVACY
The loft and its surrounding area are private for guests. The owners may occasionally stay in a separate residence located up the hill on the 2.5-acre property.
