The space
Designed with remote work and longer stays in mind, this fully furnished, newly remodeled loft sits on 2.5 private acres of open desert, offering uninterrupted quiet and expansive 360° views. It’s a place to slow down, focus, and settle into the rhythm of the landscape.
Inside, the space is bright, minimal, and calming — designed for both work and rest. Large windows frame the desert horizon, and the loft layout offers flexibility for creative projects, writing, remote work, or simply enjoying the quiet of the desert.
The kitchen is equipped with basic essentials for daily use.
Just a few steps across the concrete pad is your private bathhouse, complete with a spacious walk-in shower under the desert sky. Please note that the bathroom is detached from the main loft, which is part of the unique experience of the property.
You’ll also have access to open desert views and outdoor space to walk, unwind, or simply take in the changing light throughout the day.
A second bedroom is available upon request for an additional charge, and we’re happy to discuss accommodating more than two guests if needed.
A basic starter supply of essentials is included (toilet paper, paper towels, salt, and olive oil). Additional supplies during longer stays are the guest’s responsibility.
Mail and package delivery is permitted at guest’s own risk. We cannot guarantee package handling, PO Box access, forwarding, refrigeration, or delivery coordination during your stay.
1 Final cleaning is included in your stay.
Please note that we maintain a strict cancellation policy: reservations may be canceled within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. After that period, reservations are non-refundable.

If you’re planning to dine at Pappy & Harriet’s, we strongly recommend arriving early — it’s one of the most popular spots in the desert and fills up quickly.
*We provide a basic starter kit of 4 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. Salt and olive oil. Anything beyond that is the guests responsibility
