Soak up the modern charm of this newly constructed villa! Located only 40 minutes away from Metro Manila, this luxurious 1 hectare property is perfect for big families & groups that want to get away from the traffic & pollution of the city without the long travel time!

Take a dip in our swimming pool, complete with jacuzzi & kiddie pool & enjoy other activities like karaoke, darts, bike trail & much more, all while taking in the fresh countryside breeze!

The space
We've taken extra precautions to make our property safe. Aside from minimal physical contact, we practice enhanced cleaning and disinfection of the entire villa before and after each guest. We ask guests to strictly follow the maximum capacity and allotted check-in & out times.

Check-out before 11AM

Maximum capacity of 20 adult pax, children below 12 years old are free and not included in the headcount. Additional 500 Pesos per head in excess of 20 pax. ( Visitors / Non-overnight guests are included in the headcount)

We may provide early check-in or late check-out if there are no reservations connected to your preferred dates. If late check-out is possible, we charge 1000 Pesos per hour in extension past 11AM.

Ciada is a gated 15,000 sqm. property in a rural area surrounded by farmlands, with roads leading to the property still unpaved and un-named. Although located in a rural area, Ciada is only a 5 minute drive away from the Town Proper where you can find numerous vegetable, meat, and seafood vendors, food stalls, convenience stores, and much more! There is also a SM Mall and Waltermart supermarket located only 15 minutes drive away where you can find a vast selection of international restaurants and grocery goods!

Guests booking this property may bring, cook, and prepare their own meals using our fully equipped kitchen or have food serviced by our partner catering company!

Neighborhood highlights

As the area is rural and undocumented, Waze and other GPS applications do not work. Guests MUST USE GOOGLE MAPS to navigate to the property and around the area.

Guests will need to travel a 200 meter unpaved road to access the property. I recommend using a medium sized sedan or larger vehicle for your trip. ( Might not be a good idea to bring your Lamborghini )
