Guest access
We'll give you the door code 2 weeks before check-in. The chalet is located 15 minutes from the village of Sainte-Thècle and a grocery store or gas station. Make sure you don't forget anything before you go to the chalet. The road is very well cleared of snow in winter, and in summer you have to allow 15 minutes on a gravel road maintained by the municipality.

To ensure a pleasant, safe and respectful experience for all, please read carefully and comply with the following regulations:
👥 Maximum capacity and visitors
Respect the maximum number of people allowed in the chalet. This capacity must be respected at all times, without exception.
🐾 Animals
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the cottage per stay. You are asked to pick up any excrement around the chalet out of respect for the next tenants.
The animal must be domestic, well-behaved and registered in the "Number of guests" section when booking.
The animal must not climb on sofas or beds.
Owners are fully liable for breakage or damage caused by their pet.
Respect for the neighborhood and tranquility
Please act responsibly and respectfully of the neighborhood.
No noisy behavior, loud music or nuisance will be tolerated.
🤌 Quiet hours must be maintained, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
🚫 Fireworks and prohibited installations
Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all times.
It is forbidden to install a trailer, tent-trailer or any outdoor camping facility on the grounds.
🔥 Outdoor fires
Exterior fires are allowed only in the outdoor fireplace equipped with the spark guard.
Never leave a fire unattended and make sure it is extinguished before leaving or going to bed.
🗑️ Waste and recycling
All waste and recyclable materials must be placed in tightly closed bags.
These bags must be placed in the two large outdoor bins provided for this purpose on the main road near the chalet (one for garbage, one for recycling).
🧼 Cleanliness upon checkout
The chalet must be left clean and tidy upon checkout.
All used dishes must be washed, dried and put away. The dishwasher must be running when you check out and we will empty it.
Please return furniture and objects to their original place, empty the garbage and make sure that no personal belongings are forgotten.
