The house is a typical and ancient family home located in the historic district called "Pozziglioni", home of the fishermen of the village close to the historic center and the new area, very central, secluded and quiet location. From here on foot you can admire the wonderful sunsets of the seafront, reach the heart of the historic center in a few minutes, take a swim in the most photographed cove by tourists "Lama Monachile" - location of the "Redbull Cliff Diving" diving competition.

The space
The cottage is an independent two-room apartment of 40 square meters on the ground floor with direct access to the street. From the entrance door you can directly access the kitchen equipped with dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave stove and fridge with freezer;
next is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and bedside tables.
From the kitchen you can access a small under-stair storage room (equipped with clothes hanger and cleaning supplies) and the bathroom. Being a very old house, the bathroom is the original one obtained in a small space equipped with new bathroom fixtures and faucets, a wall shower and a small window. The large entrance door with a window at the top is the only source of light and air in the house.
Supplied are freshly laundered bed linens and towels and free WiFi.
It is a tidy, clean and cool accommodation in summer with the classic barrel vaults typical of the houses in the area, with cold and hot air conditioning with wall split.
The owner Maria and Stefano are available for any guest requests.
