The house is beautifully located, just above the sea. You can enjoy the view of the sea on the covered terrace. It is quiet, you can hear the sound of the sea and the friendly rustling of birds and pretty salamanders. The nature all around is beautiful, in the well-kept garden you can stay well, there are herbs and a lemon tree. Very close you can walk through the fragrant nature on a small path above the sea on the steep coast. In the garden we could use a ping pong table, very much to our son's delight. A highlight of our stay was the friendly welcome of Raffaele, in Italian, with hands and feet, with real warmth. In case of problems, he was immediately helpful and yet mindful of friendly discretion. For four people there was generous space and everything we needed. We were allowed to use everything in stock, which was really very nice! The stay was really great!!!

I stayed in this beautiful home for the Christmas holidays with my family. Large and very welcoming rooms, the house is furnished with style and elegance, nothing was missing in the kitchen. The outdoor spaces are very well maintained. Mrs. Lorella is a fantastic person who welcomed us warmly and pampered us in the true sense of the word by providing us with Christmas decorations, a welcome basket, bringing us delicious hot pastries the morning after our arrival and on Christmas morning typical sweets made by her, the purcedduzzi. I sincerely thank Mrs. Lorella and her husband for everything!

Judith’s place was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The place itself is more beautiful than the photos and it’s a great place to relax and enjoy peaceful time. Me and my family of 6 had a great time. The place is also a great spot to explore south of Italy. We traveled from Lecce to Amalfi coast very conveniently. Both houses are full with thoughtful details. Swimming pool is amazing. Definitely recommended. Also Vittoria who helped us to check in is super nice.

The apartment clearly belongs to an artist (photographer) who was able to give it a soul and a marked character. The (small) kitchen is the privileged place with superb harbor views. The master bedroom and living room however have a lot of charm (even if there is no view) thanks to the decoration. Very nice welcome from Fabrizio, who helped us by telling us where to park our car for free at night. He helped us get to the apartment, where a lot of attention (bottle of wine, fruit basket, souvenir book...) were waiting for us.

Maira was a fabulous host and the Lamanna Summer House did not disappoint. Great location, everything was walkable, lots of character and peaceful.

Apartment as in photos. Super location. Many pedestrians on the street, sometimes music from the bar, but never disturbing.

We had a fantastic stay at Mauro’s place! The home itself was beautiful and ideally situated for exploring Molfetta on foot. We loved that it was close enough to Bari for day trips while allowing us to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The location also made it easy to drive to nearby villages, which added so much to our experience. What truly made our trip unforgettable was Mauro’s hospitality. He went above and beyond with his thoughtful suggestions, helped us navigate airport and car transportation challenges, and provided a fantastic list of places to visit. Thanks to his kindness and guidance, we felt right at home. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful location and fantastic hosts. The place is in a strategic area a stone's throw from beautiful places, recommended.

We arrived very late, midnight, and Cinzia was waiting for us. The house is high, so you have a magnificent view over the sea. A nice supermarket can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and 4 minutes by car. There are even 4 terraces, so you can always sit in the sun or in the shade. The pool was small but very clean and reasonably warm. The house is spacious, and all windows have screens against the mosquitoes. Spacious bedroom, large bathroom with washing machine, full kitchen. We enjoyed Alberobello, Lecce, Gallipoli and Ostuni. You do need a car for that. Paolo is very helpful and takes care of everything and also takes care of the garbage!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Palibella. The villa has exceeded our expectations, especially thanks to the beautiful pool and the care of the property. The entire area is lovely and perfectly maintained. Another highlight is the impeccable cleanliness, which made us feel comfortable from the start.

We spent over a week at Sara’s place and we loved it. The house is amazing and we greatly enjoyed the location and the breath taking view of the sea. The house is equipped with everything you need and it was actually bigger than expected. The surrounding area is super quiet and in a beautiful natural area. Sara and the person that helped us with the house were super responsive and address any questions/needs we had. It was super sad leaving the place and we would definitely love to come back. Thank you Sara for all you have done for me and my family.

Vitoria’s place is in a perfect location in the old town. There are lots to see and places to eat near the house. Pretty much everything is reachable on foot. Her house is beautiful, clean and very true to description. We didn’t get to use the jacuzzi because we were too cold but anyone who plans to do so, it’s very clean and the view is good! We love the pillows and the bed too (much better than other air bnb standard). The best thing about this accommodation is the host - Vitoria was extremely helpful and welcoming. She helped us with the taxi, the train and everything we asked she reply within 5 minutes. I would love to come back to her place again. Definitely recommend 👍👍👍👍👍

We had a lovely holiday at the place. At the beginning of June, we even had the outdoor area mostly to ourselves. The pool is great and the garden is beautifully landscaped and planted. The Dune apartment has one or even almost two spacious terraces. The house lacks nothing. Even laundry was possible. Communication was straightforward. Overall a great place to relax and have peace and quiet.

Beautiful modern villa with sea views, all the conveniences, great aircon, best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental, great outdoor living areas and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for friends and family. Host was very helpful including with local business referral we needed during our travel. Castro is a beautiful coastal village and this house is walking distance - though via a busy road with no shoulder. Please be aware walking requires use of lots of stairs down to marina restaurant area or up to centro storico restaurant area. There are parking lots you can use to get close and have less stairs so don't let that deter you.

We spent a couple of nights in this perfect hideaway, overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Set back from the road, the property is a beautiful, calm and peaceful retreat with some amazing views and surroundings. Inside, the apartment has all you need for a few days’ stay and was spotlessly clean. The shower worked very well, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes and other bits. Camilla was incredibly responsive before, during and after our trip and provided very clear instructions on how to access the property etc. We loved our stay and was sad to leave!

everything went great, access to the beach to the one goal from the yard and you are there the equipment of the apartment is also perfect including sun loungers and bikes. amazing for families with children. thank you and maybe we will come back

Great house with sea access (not a beach but a rocky waterfront well signalled that allows access to swim). I love the location, which is walkable to Castro’s old town and Castro Marina seaside (although, in my opinion, a car is mandatory here). Spacious and charming. Very responsive and polite hosts. The only caveat is the fact that you need to pay extra for linen, towels, cleaning, and electrical charges and put in a security deposit, which is not standard with other Airbnb houses (and I've been renting houses all over the world for the past 10+ years). But the price was very affordable, and the hosts communicated the extra charges well in advance, so we were well informed and accepted the extra payments. But I recommend reading the whole listing information carefully to avoid surprises. It’s my third year spending my summer holidays in Castro, and I felt confident about booking this house because I knew the area well. I would recommend this house to other travellers.

Everything was found as described. The unit is small (small bedroom, kitchen and a large terrace) but here in the south in nice weather you are outside all day. We were here for six weeks and we didn't miss anything. Alessandro always responds quickly to all inquiries and is always available by email, WhatsApp or phone during the stay. The likeable and helpful father of Alessandro will visit from time to time and is the contact person on site. However, he can't speak German and only very little English, but somehow it always worked. The place is very quiet in the off-season and you are mostly alone. We particularly liked the brick grill, which we also use a lot for BBQ. The outdoor shower is also great. Snorkeling on the rocky beach just a few steps below the place was very nice. Schools of fish, moray eels, cuttlefish and hornhecht were always visible. A car is a must! The nearest supermarket is at least 3 km away. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you Alessandro.

It's a beautiful place to relax! Nido del Salento impressed us with its loving decor, cleanliness and quiet location. Particularly nice was the lovingly prepared welcome basket – with plenty of treats for the first dinner and a cozy breakfast: including a carafe of delicious regional wine, homemade jam and tomato sauce. You immediately feel at home and comfortable – not like a foreign guest, but like with friends. Elma and Vincenzo are wonderful hosts – warm, attentive and at the same time very respectful. Despite all the cordiality, our privacy was respected at all times. You had the feeling of having the entire property all to yourself – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stay to the fullest. A wonderful base for exploring Salento. I would stay again any time!

What a lovely place, the location of the house is perfect, a 3 minute walk from the beach and lovely beach at that. Location, location and once more location of this house is perfect. Lots of space in the apartment, 2 brand new rooms and a new bathroom. The third room is part of the older structure, yet very good as well. Open kitchen with doors leading outside to the dining table, in the open, looking over the big yard. Washing machine if needed. Modern kitchen, with all that is needed. We were spending most our time outside on the porch and in the yard. The hosts, Olga and Alain super kind, and always ready to help and make you feel at ease. Also they have a great knowledge of the local area and can give you good insights into the areas restaurants, especially Vegan. For activities, there is much to do during the summer, with Ostuni next door. They know the locals, as Olga grew up in the area and spent her summers in Rosa Marina. we definitely will come back Paul&Jacqueline Koks
