Access to the pool is unlimited, respecting the calm of the house... Also enjoy a small private terrace with deckchairs to sip a ti punch in the evening when returning from the beaches which are 5 minutes away by car!

The pool will be almost private to you because we rarely use it, and we don't live on the same floor of the house, which is on two levels.
If you don't want to see us, you won't see us!

Our neighborhood is very quiet, you won't be disturbed by the neighbors and will hear the birds singing! Many hummingbirds come to forage the flowers of the gardens, you will see them for sure! It is also very nice at our place, we are a little high up and always have a very nice little breeze.
The city center of Ste Anne is less than a 5-minute drive away as well as the village beach, that of Bois Jolan...
there are also several kite, windsurfing and surfing spots minutes from the house: Bois Jolan, Le Helleux, La Caravelle...
