Our home offers a quiet escape from the city with a well-landscaped and vegetated front yard. There is also a back patio with additional seating, and another outdoor picnic area with seating for 6. Steps from Sunset Blvd and two blocks from the world famous Hollywood Blvd, and only a two minute drive to Runyon Canyon. There are two metro stops nearby that provide direct access to Universal Studios. Short walk to the famous Sunday Hollywood Farmers Market, Trader Joes.
The space
-Same hosts and same 1916 duplex as our front unit next door, which has 300-plus five-star reviews on Airbnb. Both units are fully independent.
-Completely renovated back unit of a 1916 Hollywood bungalow duplex that is totally independent of the other unit.
-Keyless entry to both the property grounds and front door.
-It has its own private yard with reserved space for outside dining, as well as a back patio with additional seating.
-The grounds are completely surrounded by a privacy fence.
-We are also directly across the street from DeLongpre Park, which has a great playground for those traveling with children, or dogs!
-Our house offers easy walking access to all that Hollywood has to offer.
-Steps from Sunset Blvd in the heart of Hollywood, we are super close to the clubs and nightlife.
-We are a short walking distance to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Hollywood and Highland, the Pantages, the world famous Chinese theatre, and the Hollywood Bowl.
-There are two metro stops nearby, and lyft, uber, and waymo are always available.
-Our home is a quiet escape tucked away within a bustling neighborhood that is exciting, fun and central for visitors to Los Angeles.
-All rooms are equipped with Central A/C and heat, and there is real wood flooring throughout.
-The unit has its own stacked washer and gas dryer for your laundry needs.
-The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and a double closet with built-ins.
