We would like to provide you with a peace of mind that we adhere to a very thorough cleaning procedure after every stay. It is very important to us that our guests feel welcome and safe.

We are located in Avonhead, conveniently close to the Airport and various shops, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. All within 8 minutes drive.

The space
This studio is located at the back of our newly built garage, completely detached and private from the main house, where we reside.

Inside the studio:
- 2 comfortable single beds with bed linen and towels provided.
- Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, electric stove, and jug to prepare quick and easy meals.
- TV with Chromecast to stream your favourite shows.
- Private bathroom with high pressure shower, toilet and amenities.
- Free Wifi, unlimited fibre internet.

Outside the studio:
- Large wooden deck and garden for outdoor relaxation (especially during the summer months).

Guest access
You will have direct access to the studio with contactless check-in and check-out. We also offer free onsite parking.

Check-Out: Before 10am

If you are staying for more than 3 nights, our laundry (in the main house) is available at no extra charge.

We have a very playful spoodle that loves to get pats and cuddles. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you're not a dog person :)
