All the downtown establishments are within walking distance. Within one block are restaurants, a gym, a yoga studio, a pool, a park, Dairy Queen, and shopping. Broadway Grill is across the street!

The space
Comfy furniture, with our personal favorite: the olive Article couch.

Each of the 2 bedrooms have queen beds with top-rated mattresses.

The sun room has 2 couches that fold down to make twin beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. Outdoors, enjoy the yard (lots of grass for your pups but it's not fenced in).

SmartTV in living room. (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).

Laundry in basement available for your use.

The house and yard (not fenced in) are all yours! The driveway can fit one car off-street. There is also plenty of street parking.

Other things to note
Adult dogs who are house-trained are allowed upon approval for $55 extra per dog for the entire stay (not per night). Dogs CANNOT be on the furniture, cannot be left alone in the house, and must be picked up after. No cats. No parties. Please remove shoes and please treat everything with respect.
