The space
A rustic home in harmony with nature!
Our home was built in 2019, but most guests who visit often say it feels like it has been here for a hundred years. That’s something we’re deeply proud of. My husband, a civil engineer, designed and oversaw the entire construction process himself. With a love for wood and simplicity, we chose to build using reclaimed, natural materials — embracing imperfection and warmth.

What makes the house truly special is the way it respects and blends with the natural surroundings. During construction, my husband decided to keep every stone we discovered while leveling the ground. One of those stones — a large one — now sits beautifully inside the house as a stunning focal point that surprises and delights many guests.

Our garden is filled with trees that embrace the house in every season, offering fresh air, shade, and a constant sense of peace.

This is truly the home I dreamed of as a child — and now it has come to life. That’s why I call it our Dreamy Home.

Guest access
While your room is private, all other areas in the house are shared. You’re welcome to join our family for meals — we love sharing our home and dream space with guests, and we hope you’ll feel like it’s your own.

From the garden, enjoy stunning views of the mountains, rice fields, and the vast, beautiful sky.

Breakfast is included, with options such as:
• Pancakes with fruit & jam/honey
• Bread with sunny-side-up eggs and bacon
• Vietnamese rice noodles (Phở or similar)
• Traditional Vietnamese Bánh Mì

Lunch and dinner are also available upon request. You’re invited to dine with our family for 100–150 VND per meal, depending on the menu of the day. Vegetarian options are happily provided — just let us know your preference.

Neighborhood highlights

My house is located in Hau Chu Ngai village - not too far from the center of Sapa town, about 10km from the bus station. The village does not develop tourism services, so it still retains the original landscape of mountains, forests, rice fields and traditional features of houses and people's lifestyle.

What is your dream life like? For me and my small family, a wooden house surrounded by mountains, trees and the sounds of nature is the life we desire. A lot of people come to my little house and they say this is their dream home. So I named my house Chapi Dreamy Home. We are maintaining a simple life, minimizing unnecessary needs, minimizing negative impacts on the environment such as waste, minimizing the time of using electronic devices. Even our kids' learning - homeschooling, most of the time reading, playing with toys, playing outdoors and socializing with guests. We want to share our dream living space with people who have the same dream. A traditional village of Sapa that has not been affected by tourism development. A really quiet place to enjoy nature, refresh yourself and rest.
