Our private 20' container cabin is ideal for solo travelers or couples who love the outdoors, want to recharge, or need a peaceful stopover to the Big Bend area. Sip coffee on the rooftop deck, hike trails, watch the stars, and learn about both the animals and the land — all in one unforgettable stay.

Other things to note
🐾 Pets are welcome — with permission. For the safety of both your animals and our donkeys, unauthorized pets are not allowed.

Our donkeys are protective by nature and may perceive unfamiliar animals as threats — which can result in serious harm. Because of this, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. This allows us to:

Activate protective electric fencing

Be aware that a pet is on site

Help you plan a safe and comfortable stay

Please note:

There is no closed gate at the front of the ranch — pets must be supervised at all times and never allowed to roam freely

Do not leave pets unattended or uncrated in the cabin without checking with us first

No pets on the bed, please

Clorox wipes are provided in the cabin for easy cleanup of any accidents

We truly love animals — and we want your visit (and theirs) to be a safe, happy one. Thanks for helping us care for them responsibly!
