The space
This property is ideal for adults and children (8-10 ). The mezannine provides an open bedroom + full bathroom. The basement offers 2 closed bedrooms (Queen bed in one, double bed + bunk bed in the other), a family room with pull-out couch for 2, and full bathroom. The main floor offers a living room with wood fireplace, games area, dining room and full kitchen. 270 degree wrap around balcony with views of the water and cedar hot tub. Large fenced area beside the house, safe for kids to play in and ideal for dogs.

Guest access
The entire estate is available to guests. There are sections that are wet or swampy during certain times of the year. Parking available for 4-5 cars.

Other things to note
The waterfront is an ecological reserve and is quite wild. The water levels drop quite drastically from July to September. There is an invasive plant that has taken over the bay and it is very difficult to get boats on the water in the summer. It is not ideal for swimming or kayaking.

May to July can have lots of mosquitos. We provide Thermacell repellents and bug spray to guests. The deck and open space in front of the house has less mosquitoes because of the winds.
