The space
Pull down the long drive and discover the sweetest farmhouse tucked beneath towering oak trees and a charming white picket fence, set on 80 private acres of peaceful Missouri countryside.
Inside, you’ll find beautifully renovated modern-vintage interiors, a huge bright farmhouse kitchen perfect for gathering, and thoughtful details throughout. The home sleeps up to 12 guests with a king bed, queen bed, full bed, twin-over-full bunk with a twin trundle, plus an air mattress for extra flexibility.
Start your mornings with coffee on the front porch overlooking rolling countryside views. Spend the day cruising the property in the golf cart to reach your private river access, where you’ll find gravel bars, kayaks (recreational – it’s a small river), and peaceful fishing spots. You can also wander down to Sycamore Creek to skip rocks and enjoy the quiet beauty of the Missouri countryside.
Back at the house, relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit under the stars, challenge your group to ping pong in the game room, or head to the barn for pickleball.

The River House and The Lodge can be booked separately or together for the ultimate countryside getaway where families gather, friends celebrate, and memories are made. The homes are about 2 miles apart by road and do not share land or river access.
