I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The check-in process was seamless The space itself is stunning—tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy charm. The living area is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to whip up meals. I especially loved the outdoor patio, which was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening Love, love, love this space!

Immaculately clean!!!! The entire home was absolutely perfect and utterly comfortable! From the super clean furnishings, bathroom, linens and kitchen…to the relaxing sunroom and amazing proximity to the art museum and pickleball and tennis courts…I couldn’t ask for better! I was here for a girls weekend and it was hard to leave this clean, comfortable home. I loved the special touches like the rock collection, the home’s history, the tennis rackets and picnic blanket, the quilt to snuggle in and watch movies, and the games and books! I even loved the teacups and tea set available for a special cuppa tea in the sun room. This was everything I wish my house was and I can’t wait to return in the future. Thank you, Trish and family!! Great location, super cute neighborhood. 5 minutes for less from wonders of wildlife. 2 bd, 2 bath on the main floor. The finished basement has another 2 bed, 1 bath. I could see teenagers loving the basement. Check in and check out was super easy. Communication was quick and easy!

Ben was a great host. We had a small issue with the door code not working but one quick call and he fixed it. Easy fix and easy mistake. We felt like this was a perfect place for our group to use for the Stronger Men’s conference this year. This was a local place that was close to everything that we needed while we were visiting. Would reserve again in the future if we come down next time.

We have stayed here a few years in a row and have always enjoyed it. The house is very accommodating and spacious. It has worked well for our group having lots of beds and bathrooms. Simona has always been good with sending instructions and being available if you need anything. Would definitely recommend!!! Thanks again.

Our stay here was exactly what we were looking for- peaceful, quiet, comfortable, clean & calm. Easy to locate, close to a lot of delicious food places and attractions. Great communication that was clear & positive!! The location provided quiet from everyday hustle & bustle with beautiful views off the deck. The calm of the James River was just a short walk (steps really) from the house and was just as quiet & peaceful as everything else. We will certainly keep this property on our list for when we return to the area!

The bathrooms were a little small for the group members we had but everything felt very cozy and clean! Overall, a great place for a group to stay!

This house was worth every penny. It easily accommodated 8 guests. Very clean, all updated appliances and the beds were very comfortable. Located on a cul de sac so no worries of traffic driving up and down the road all night. Tony was a great host. We'll gladly stay here again.
