The space
Once you arrive, text me "HERE" and I will meet you at the door that enters into the 3-season room. We have chosen not to make this a contactless entry; we want to give our guests a personal welcome.

This is an old farmhouse that has grown over the years. The entryway into the house contains four steps, which makes it non accessible for wheelchairs. There are one to three steps to enter different rooms on the first floor.

The first floor has one bedroom. The second floor has two bedrooms and a half bath. We have made updates to make this home safe and comfortable for our guests.

Guest access
There is a fire pit located on the side of the house near the garage/parking area where you can sit and relax. This will only be available during the months of May through October. Let us know ahead of time if you would be interested in using the fire pit so we can have things set for you. A grill with all the utensils will also be available during this time period also.

Other things to note
No children under 13. This home is not child proof. This is a pet free environment no exceptions. Secondhand bookings only through employers. There will be no social gatherings allowed. Only the people included in the reservation will be allowed at the home. The home and bedding is meticulously cleaned and sanitized after each guest leaves.

Hi, my name is Robin and I will be your host at Cayo Estate LLC. The home was built by my grandfather. It was a working farm back in the days. It was always special when I got to stay with grandpa and grandma in there spacious, warm, and inviting home. There was many family celebrations here. I am looking forward to meeting new people.
