From the moment you arrive you will know Caves Manor is somewhere special. With its valet style roundabout and striking palm, you know the house that awaits you is going to be something you will never forget.

The manor is focused on family oriented fun and relaxation that consists of multiple entertaining areas to unwind and bring everyone together.

Step away from the various entertaining spaces to your own private paradise, you will pass through passages of backlit onyx sourced from Italy's finest to one of our 6 bedrooms. No need to shot gun here!! The property features x3 master bedrooms which are all unique in their own way. All masters are attached to exclusive jaw dropping ensuite bathrooms. With a further x2 outdoor showers in the natural bush surrounding you will be sure to get the full experience of the tranquility that surrounds you. The other x3 bedrooms consist of both a queen beds and singles all with beautiful outlooks.

With a groundman onsite only available should you require, we can be sure to meet your needs. We look forward to hosting your next Caves Manor experience!

* All guests must be over the age of 21 unless a minor is accompanied by an adult
* A copy of your ID will be requested by the host
* No noise / loud music after 9pm
* No parties / events (weddings etc)
* No pets
* No smoking / No vaping
* No unregistered guest at all times (no visitors)
* Please keep all children supervised at all times and NO RIDING OF BALANCED BIKES, BICYCLES any childrens ride on toys to be used within the house.

* Please be advised that a Prohibited Burning Period is currently in effect and will remain in place until 14 March 2026.
Guests may ONLY use the pizza oven and BBQ, but these must be:
- Never left unattended while in use.
- Fully extinguished after use to ensure safety.

- For use of our outdoor cinema please bring your own computer with the movie of your choice.

- Due to insurance purposes, bunk beds will come with linen, but beds won’t be made.
