Amazing apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment acommodate 4 people, 2 in the bedroom , 2 in the 2 confortable matresses in the little room between the living room and the bedroom and 2 in the sofa-bed in the living-room (if you prefer) . Beautiful lateral view of the Castle of São Jorge!.

An architect-renovated (April 2018), 1 bedroom apartment with a very beautiful view of Sao Jorge Castle.
It's located on the third floor of a 19th century building.
Centrally located, just 5 minutes walking to Baixa Pombalina and very close to all
public transports:
1) Train to Sintra (Praça Rossio) , 5 minutes walking
2) Train to Cascais (Cais do Sodré), 15 minutes walking
3) Subway green line Martim Moniz station, 3 minutes walking
4) Picturesque tram 28, 5 minutes walking.
The apartment is full of natural light and simple functional decor.
It's cozy and comfortable, fully equipped with all amenities for a relaxing and

The apartment is located between the multicultural square of Martim Moniz and the charming garden of Martires da Patria. Old neighboor of Moraria and Castelo are in a walking distance.
Baixa Pombalina is just 5 minutes walking.
This area has yet the flavour of the old Lisbon with a lot of shops and typical portuguese restaurants . If you want a trendy place, you must walk for 3 minutes and you find the
beautiful place "Topo" in Martin Moniz, where you can enjoy one of the best views in Lisbon. And the more famous seafood restaurant “Ramiro” is too in the area.
ATTENTION: Do not forget that it is a 3th floor without lif and therefore not suitable for persons with mobility problems.
