*Laundry: Newer stacked washer and dryer.

***We provide a starter pack of items such as laundry detergent, soap, dishwasher soap, and toilet paper. If you anticipate using more of these items please bring them or plan on picking them up during your stay.

*FREE Parking: Up to 2 vehicles in lot
-1 assigned spot and 7 first come first served spots.

*Bathrooms: 2 Full bathrooms with tub/shower. Master suite with a large make-up area and smaller bathroom.

*The Condo complex: Only 14 condo units with 7 on each of the 2 floors. Ideally situated between the Gulf and Little Lagoon (1 block to each) in the more laid back west beach area with beach access via 10th street.

*The Area: In the West Beach, just down the road from Highway 59 & The Hangout (1.5 miles) to not miss out on the action for the adventurous, but in a more relaxed family friendly area to offer a more peaceful and relaxing place to recharge.

Guest access
Grilling and outdoor pool are open year round. Beach and Little Lagoon access is one and a half blocks away (quick 4-5 minute walk). Restaurant, ice-cream shop, and convenience store right around the corner.

Other things to note
Various board games, card games, and beach items are available for our guests to use. There are DVD players available, but please bring your own DVDs.

Neighborhood highlights

The Castaway Coconut is a block and a half from the beach (5 minute walk). There is a convenience store with all of the basics, an ice cream shop, and a restaurant within a block for those days you just want to relax and don't want to drive at all.

The Beach Access has a wash station to rinse the sand and sea off before your trip back. Little Lagoon is also a block and a half from the condo (5 minute walk).
