This apartment is the perfect, peaceful oasis- you will instantly feel zen once you step into the space. 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in safe and quite neighborhood located the heart of Isla Verde- 5 minutes away from the airport and minutes away from many of Puerto Rico's beautiful beaches, restaurants, lounges, clubs and hang out spots(Piñones and La Placita)

Airy and bohemian apartment with its own private entrance. Currently managed by my daughter- Genesis and my wife, Reina. We split our time between Puerto Rico and New York.
This apartment accommodates 2 to 4 people. This apartment is decorated with art work from our travels around the world
MASTER BEDROOM- Spacious bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, large closet, night table, air conditioner. Additional linens stored in the closet
SECOND BEDROOM- Medium sized bedroom equipped with a sofa couch that has a full size pull out couch, large dresser, air conditioner. Additional linens stored in the dresser.
BATHROOM- The shower is equipped with a water heater, towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. Additional towels are stored in the master bedroom closet
COMMON AREA- Equipped with a sofa, smart tv( includes firestick), UE BOOM Bluetooth speaker, dining table for 4.
KITCHEN- Adorable kitchen equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, panini toaster, drip coffee machine, stove top espresso machine, four burner electric stove, plenty of pots and cooking utensils, west elm dining sets and silverware, wine and drinking glasses
BEACH ESSENTIALS- Beach getaway? We have your back! We have included a great sized rolling cooler, 2 beach towels, 2 beach chairs. As long as you promise to take care of those items and put them back, you can use them!
