The space
Welcome to our air-conditioned 1-bedroom guest house, perfect for a comfortable stay. With a floor area of 27 sqm, it accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring a standard size bed and a sofabed (54 x 75 inches) for added flexibility.

Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a 9 cubic feet fridge, microwave oven, gas stove, rice cooker, kettle, and oven toaster. You'll also find a complete dining set, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Complimentary items include dishwashing liquid, a sponge, and kitchen napkins. Additionally, you'll find cooking essentials like oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and vinegar left over from previous guests for your convenience. Enjoy complimentary filtered water for your hydration needs.

Enjoy high-speed 5G fiber Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps) with the router located inside the unit, providing Ethernet connectivity for a stable internet connection. We also have a backup network for added reliability. A smart TV with Netflix and YouTube offers various entertainment options, along with karaoke and board games.

The unit has a private entrance with its own gate. However, since it's located within a family compound, some spaces will be shared:

The garage is communal and includes sitting furniture for guests to enjoy. The front porch is where the washing machine is located and is used for doing laundry for the casita.
🚙Parking:
The parking space will be shared if guests do not have a car.
🏘️Community:
Guests may encounter friendly neighbors during their stay.
🛝Play Area:
A playpen area is available in the neighborhood, and guests are welcome to share it with their kids.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur a charge of ₱100 per hour. This is a self-check-in process, with a lockbox in the unit for retrieving the key.
Children aged 2 and below stay free of charge, with only one child eligible for this offer per stay. Children aged 2 to 12 are considered adults for booking purposes.
💡Local Tips:
The unit is not near the town center, with the nearest market about a 10-minute drive away and Legazpi City approximately 30 minutes away. However, since the unit is located along the highway, there are plenty of jeepneys and tricycles available for easy access to town. Grab is also recommended for airport transfers. While the nearest 7/11 stores are not within walking distance, guests can stroll towards them and find spots along the way to view the stunning Mayon Volcano. Additionally, there are sari-sari stores nearby that offer a variety of items, as well as small restaurants that are a short drive away. A laundry shop which offers a complete service is also available in the neighborhood.
📑House Rules:
The unit is pet-friendly, but please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Guests may smoke outside, away from the residential compound, where there are children and babies in the neighborhood.
✅Inclusions:
The unit includes a small pantry operating as an honesty store. Complimentary items provided for your convenience include toiletries, tissue rolls, kitchen napkins, dishwashing liquid, a dishwashing sponge, and filtered water (2.5 gallons). Basic cooking essentials such as cooking oil, salt, and pepper are also available. Some amenities, like a steam iron and blower, are available upon request.
