Internet Service: High Speed Wifi Internet and Ethernet connection.

Neighbors Pets: There are dogs in the neighborhood and directly next door. Most of the neighbors are very respectful of controlling their dogs' barking, but it does occur from time to time.

Dogs are next door, they bark from time to time. As with most well maintain neighborhoods, gardeners and other landscape maintenance occurs during the week and on weekends after 8am.

We share the canyon with the beautiful wildlife in the area. Please remain safe and comfortable by keeping the door closed. Do not feed wild animals.
