STAY ACTIVE
If you are looking for an energizing workout, head to the squash court located right next to the pool area. It is a fantastic way to stay active before heading out for a day of coastal exploration.
HOW TO ACCESS
To enter the pool and squash areas, simply use the round grey electronic chip attached to your keys. A quick tap on the reader by the Ground Floor entrance doors grants you instant access.
PARKING AND SUSTAINABILITY
For those arriving by car, use the dedicated garage key to enter via Floor -1. In our effort to keep Cascais beautiful, we provide color-coded recycling bins located on the same level (Floor -1) for your convenience. For general waste, additional public bins are located directly across the street from the building entrance.

YOUR STAY INCLUDES: THE CASCAIS MUSEUM PASS
We believe in transparency. Your nightly rate already includes the mandatory Municipal Tourism Tax (4 Euros per person, per night). As a thank you for supporting our local culture, this tax provides every guest with a 24-hour pass valid for all local Cascais museums.
IMPORTANT CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
To ensure a smooth arrival and comply with Portuguese law, we kindly ask for the following details for all guests: Full Name, Date of Birth, and Passport or ID Number. This data is sent securely to the SEF (Immigration and Borders Service) and is handled with the strictest privacy.

PARKING | We offer free, secure indoor parking in the building garage, plus safe street parking directly in front of the entrance.
LOCATION | We are a scenic 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute Uber ride (approximately 4 Euros) from Downtown Cascais and the beach.
CLIMATE CONTROL | Stay comfortable year-round with AC units (heating and cooling) in every room, plus a dedicated heater in the main bathroom.
LAUNDRY | A modern Samsung washer and dryer combo is available inside the apartment for your use.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS | The apartment comfortably sleeps four in beds, with a sofa bed in the living room available for a 5th guest.
FAMILY AMENITIES | Traveling with an infant? We provide a baby cot, high chair, and bathtub upon request. Please note that pool rules do not allow for extra floaties or toys.
CLEANING SERVICES | We provide a professional deep-clean prior to your arrival. For stays longer than 5 days, we can connect you with our cleaning team for additional mid-stay cleans or linen changes at your own cost.
LUGGAGE STORAGE | While we cannot store bags on-site, we partner with Lughero in Downtown Cascais to offer our guests a discount on secure luggage storage.
EARLY ARRIVAL OR LATE DEPARTURE | These are subject to availability. To guarantee a late or early transition, we recommend booking an extra night at a discounted rate.
