Welcome to Cascade Hideaway 🌿 To keep our home safe and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

• Only registered guests may enter the property. Kindly inform us for any visitors.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required from all registered guests after booking and before check-in. Smart lock PIN code will only be shared once copies of IDs received.
• IDs are requested purely for security and verification purposes and are handled with care.
• No parties, events, or unapproved visitors.
• Quiet hours strictly: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit (₱5,000 penalty applies).
• When cooking, please turn ON the kitchen exhaust fan and switch it OFF afterward.
• Do NOT flush tissue or other items in the toilet.
• Turn OFF air conditioners and appliances (except air humidifier) when/everytime leaving the unit.
• Please WASH any used dishes and kitchen utensils.
• Kindly place all trash in the designated bins before leaving the unit.
• Please respect the home, furnishings, and neighbors.
• Follow standard check-in and check-out times unless otherwise approved
• Infants & Small Children:
Please note that the unit only has a standard queen bed with under-bed (for 3rd guest) and does not provide a crib, baby cot, or infant bed. Guests traveling with infants or small children are welcome to bring their own portable crib or sleeping arrangement if needed.
