A privately loved, sea-facing apartment set amidst landscaped gardens of Platges de Fornells.
With 2 bedrooms & living area, it's an ideal accommodation to relax in by the sea.
This simply furnished home allows you the opportunity to watch the sunset over Cala Tirant &hear the sea 24/7.
Close walking distance to beach,pool,waterpark,shops,bars&restaurants. Equipped with self-catering essentials.

The space
This is our second home, so do expect comforts that mean you can travel a little lighter.
The area where we are based is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a quiet get-away, or a base away from the hub-bub of life.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two singles (that have been pushed together before now!)
We also have a travelling cot available.

We are licenced to rent the property with the Consell Insula de Menorca. Please be cautious of any private listing without this.

We use a property management company to clean the casa between each stay. For any issues when you are there, we leave their contact details in the welcome back in the hall.

Please note: There is Tourist Tax in Menorca (also known as Eco Tax , Sustainable Tourism Tax).

The poblet does not have WiFi - Many of the local Bars will offer free WiFi ( passwords on request ) Sim cards & dongles for Spanish networks ( Vodafone es /Movistar ) can be bought in nearby towns & topped up via supermarket cashiers.

*COVID-SECURE* - The property will be deep cleaned in between all visits. Once deep cleaned the property will be left to sit for 48hours.

Do bear in mind that some of our personal belongings will be in the apartment. These are marked as private.

Please enjoy the opportunity to swim in front of the villa, though this is safest in calm waters. There is a natural step into the sea North West of you if you look out to sea from the patio - you will see people using that area frequently. This is the safest place to get in and out.

Where you’ll be

Platges de Fornells, Illes Balears, Spain

Playas de Fornells (Platges de Fornells) is a self contained designer holiday village which is relatively quiet as non residents do not tend to visit the area. There is a small rock beach next to the apartment (jelly / water shoes recommended) and a gorgeous natural beach at the end of the bay ( Cala Tirant ) which is very safe for families and clear waters make snorkeling a must!
There is also a pool near Okapi Bar that you can use, it is a 7 to 10 minute walk.
Be prepared to totally chill out here, this is NOT a party place.
The villages are set in collections on the hill sides overlooking the bay with communal pools and gardens.
Shops, bars and restaurants on site give easy options to eat in or out, and are only a short walk away. There are also several supermarkets in walking distance.
The local fishing village of Fornells is close, and here you can go scuba diving, hire kayaks, book day trip catamarans, shop and enjoy lovely restaurants and local artisan markets.
