For over two years, we’ve proudly offered great hospitality, paying close attention to the details that make a stay truly special.

Your home is thoroughly and carefully cleaned throughout before every stay, so you can feel confident and comfortable from day one.

This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath home is thoughtfully set up so everyone can unwind. Enjoy cozy living areas, gel memory-foam beds, and smart TVs in every bedroom for restful nights.

With two fully equipped kitchens and dining spaces, mornings and meals are easy and stress-free.

Step outside to your private fenced backyard to grill, enjoy fresh air, or wind down on a hammock, by the fire pit in the evening.

Casa Vida is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Casa Vida is a peaceful place to return to after exploring nearby parks, Lake Lanier, shopping, and dining.

Outdoor quiet times are from 9PM - 9AM / 7 days a week, no exceptions. Every guest must respect outdoor quiet hours.

Parking:
Please note that our driveway holds 4 cars only. There can be no street-side parking at anytime. We also cannot allow any boats to be parked on the driveway. Please book with this in mind.

Please know we do not allow parties or unauthorized visitors.

Guests must follow Quiet Outdoor Hours daily from 9PM - 9AM

Parking is limited to 4 cars in the driveway only.

Other things to note
No pets allowed inside the home. Please reach out if you are bringing in a registered service dog.

No events, parties, or large gatherings allowed inside or outside the home. Violators will have their reservation canceled with no refund.

Please note that only registered guests are allowed in the property; no undeclared guests are permitted at any time.

No drugs or illicit substances are permitted; local law enforcement will be contacted if these items are found inside the home.

The smoking fee inside the home is $300
