HOUSE RULES

** We will charge a minimum of $500 per broken rule plus any additional fees depending on the damage. By reserving our home, you have agreed to these terms.
★QUIET HOURS: The city of Fort Lauderdale mandates quiet hours between 10:00PM-7:00AM. (Strictly enforced! We reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund and remove any guests from the property who violate the quiet hours. This is a family neighborhood and must be treated that way)

There is an ADDITIONAL DAILY FEE for the heating service. Please inquire about heating the pool BEFORE your stay as it does take at least 24 hours to warm up fully! Please note: We do NOT offer partial or intermittent pool heating as it does require someone to come to the property to turn it on and off. If purchased, it must be for the entire stay. And don't worry, we didn't forget about your fur babies! Pets are welcome for an additional/non-refundable fee (2 pet maximum). You can add your pets in the same area you add the number of people. Any pets exceeding this limit will result in an additional $500 fee plus extra cleaning costs.
👪OTHER:
The occupancy limit includes both adults and children aged 13 and above. If there are guests under 13 years old who exceed the maximum occupancy, written approval must be obtained before arrival.

HURRICANE SEASON: From June 1st to November 30th, we advise all travelers making bookings within this period to consider purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for natural disasters.
This property is equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld.
