Pricing & Capacity
The listed price covers up to 15 guests. Maximum capacity is 20.
Extra guests: ₱250/person (overnight), ₱200/person (day visit).
Security Deposit
A ₱3,000 refundable deposit is required at check-in. Returned within 24 hours after checkout.

Guest access
Guests have almost full access to the entire property, with the exception of designated off-limits areas such as the caretaker's quarters and equipment room.

Please bring extra toiletries and cutlery if needed. The casa provides a limited supply of spoons, forks, plates, and cups.
Pet Policy -Prior approval is required
• Small breed dog only (max 1), not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Pet owners must bring their own pet bed/cage. Must wear diapers at all times.

1. Quiet Hours
* 10:00 PM onwards
* No loud music
* Karaoke allowed from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
2. No Indoor Smoking
* Please dispose of cigarette butts properly
3. Pool Rules- NO DIVING
* Open: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (*ask if you need extended time*)
* Shower before use (outdoor shower is available)
* Must wear proper swimming attire
* No wet use of indoor furniture
* No pets, food, drinks, or balloons in pool area
* Children must be supervised
4. Clean As You Go
* Extra cleaning fee may apply if left very dirty (P1000)
5. Air Conditioning
* Temp is set between 21–24°C (ask caretaker for adjustments; remote not accessible)
* Keep units on and windows/doors closed for efficiency
6. Energy Saving
* Turn off devices and heaters when not in use
7. Supervise Children
* Especially during pool time or other activities
8. Prohibited
* Wall decorations, indoor cooking, furniture rearranging, lighting candles or open fire.
* Use outdoor cooking area instead
*Unauthorised electronic devices or kitchen devices.
9.Insects
*As we are surrounded by open fields, insects may occasionally be seen in the pool area or indoors. If this occurs, please inform our caretaker, who will take the necessary action.
10. Floors
*The floor may be slippery when wet. Please take extra precautions, especially when guests are using the pool area.
Please keep the area as dry as possible for your own safety.
11. Plants
*Just like humans, plants need proper hydration, and the best time to water them is early in the morning. You may therefore see our caretaker watering the plants during this time.
