Welcome to our guesthouse at Sacha. It is super cozy and comfortable, with small luxuries you might appreciate when traveling. 2 story small house, built with stone, wood, bamboo and earthen walls. It is very private, secure and the property is full of plants and gardens. It is a short walk to the center of San Marcos but not located on a road. we are on a foot path 2 minutes walk from the road.
The space
Giant metal glass doors open out on the patio and house is secure and private behind property walls. The garden is lush all around you. Fully equipped kitchen including gas stove/oven, fridge, blender, stainless pots and pans, whole house UV water filtration, additional reverse osmosis water filter for drinking and cooking utensils. Hot water on all taps, including kitchen. Wifi is Starlink, super fast and dependable. Small steep staircase leads up to the sleeping loft, which also has a desk, wardrobe, and a safe to lock your valuables. There is space to practice yoga in the sleeping area.
Large curtain panels separate the living space downstairs and add privacy. Upstairs is a queen bed and if needed, the downstairs couch is made to also be a comfortable bed for one person. The house would work best for a single person or couple, but two friends could also share if you made use of the couch as a bed.

we have a wood fired temezcal (sauna/steam) for use on the property. It is next to the house. It can be reserved for you privately and you are welcome to invite a couple of friends. We need a little bit of notice for this service, the day before is ideal or at least a few hours. cost is Q150 and you can use it up to 2 hours past reservation time.
Guest access
You have the whole house to yourself. Please be respectful of everything in the house, as it’s been furnished with some quality things to make you feel at home. Please do not remove any articles from the kitchen or bedding. Missing or damaged items will be charged out of security deposit.
The guest house is on our retreat property. This is not a party house to bring back friends. No other guests will be allowed to stay that are not on the reservation. Quiet hours in San Marcos are from 10pm-7am. all night partying or excess alcohol will not be welcome.
There is another house on the property, right next door, and there will be either myself and partner living there or other tenants when we are not here in San Marcos. We also have a retreat space with more accommodations at the top of the property, as well as retreats and yoga classes offered at times.
Other things to note
The kitchen is vegetarian cooking only. The whole house is UV filtered, making it safe to brush your teeth and cook with. there is an ecofiltro for drinking water, just fill the top when it empties. Please do not buy plastic bottles of water! There is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in or around the house.

Our 4 cats live in property and may visit you. Tildé (black and white male), Puma (gray tabby female), Rubi (calico female) and the most friendly of the bunch, Sphinx (grey with white paws). they are welcome to hang out with you at the house if you would like their company

Where you’ll be
San Marcos La Laguna, Solola, Guatemala
This is a great area of San Marcos, Barrio 3 in the valley. The property is a short walk up the valley so you feel removed and do not hear any road traffic, but so close to town. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, yoga classes and all sorts of other events San Marcos has to offer. We have a ceremony and event space on the property, and will occasionally hold events and yoga classes.

I channel higher dimensional light frequency to help humanity heal and shift into our fullest potential. I am also a QHHT practitioner.
