HIGH END FINISH LUXURY ACCOMMODATION
Step into three masterfully designed bedrooms, each a sanctuary of comfort and style, echoing the plush interiors of the world's finest hotels. The property boasts sophisticated granite countertops and bathroom bases, complemented by high-tech lighting that creates an ambient glow.

Throughout the villa, you'll discover a curated collection of imported materials, from elegant garden tiles to exquisite alabaster lights and handcrafted carpets, all contributing to an atmosphere of refined elegance. Experience the ultimate in comfort with automated toilet closets, among the most expensive and advanced models available. For your peace of mind, all windows feature double-proofed glass encased in solid aluminum, ensuring both security and tranquility.

SPACIOUS AND FLEXIBLE FOR GROUP STAYS
With 500 square meters of accessible space, there's ample room for relaxation and entertainment. Our three luxurious bedrooms comfortably accommodate six guests, but we can happily host up to ten individuals with the addition of comfortable extra mattresses. We also have a grill, bar, and bonfire area.

CONVENIENT PARKING
Your main vehicle will have a dedicated in-property parking space. For companions, there's convenient covered parking available on the upper level of the property. Guests visiting during the day, or your own support and security teams, can utilize the ample roadside parking within our private subdivision.

MULTI-POWERED HOUSE
We are using solar panels and large battery capacity for house energy. Once power has ran out from large capacity batteries, we have the electrical grid source on standby. In case of prolonged energy crisis due to a calamity or other issues, we have a heavy duty silent generator with capacity to supply energy to the whole house. These is to ensure that 100% power is available rain or shine.

The whole level of the Alexus Suite - the 2 bedrooms , dining area, including the bar and the garden are made available for the enjoyment of our guests.

Warming up of ordered food is allowed but cooking is not.

ROOM AVAILABILITY AND ALLOCATION
Our maximum capacity is 8. The rate includes 6 pax. 2 bedrooms can accommodate additional pax each, making a total of 4 guests including children for each bedroom. Guests will determine who the allocation of bedrooms. We do not charge children below 12 years old, provided they are just 2 children in the group/. If more than that, and adult charge will be implemented for the additional child.

PET POLICY
We care for your pet and we believe they add more joy in your travels. There are several locations that you can safely and comfortably put your pet inside the gated property. Although we love pets, other succeeding guests may not have the same appreciation for the scent or fur or detectable allergens by more sensitive people. Because of this reason, pets cannot stay inside the main unit - from living area to bedrooms.

POWER SUPPLY
Our property is solar powered with high capacity batteries that can last for days. We also have the latest silent heavy duty generator to kick in once the solar power and electrical grid go off. We are disaster-proofed.
