The space
The villa spans multiple levels with sweeping Sea of Cortez views from nearly every room. The main living area features an indoor fireplace, open-plan kitchen with full cooking amenities, and a dining table for 10. Step outside to the upper pool and hot tub terrace, or take the path down to the private beach-level pool. Five en-suite bedrooms are spread across the villa, each with premium linens and modern bathrooms. A dedicated workspace, laundry, and BBQ round out the amenities.

Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire villa, both pools, hot tub, beach access, BBQ, fire pit, and all indoor spaces. The community's private beaches, fitness center, and pickleball courts are also available to guests. A 24-hour security gate ensures privacy and safety throughout your stay.

Other things to note
The villa has pools and ocean-facing terraces without guardrails in some areas — please supervise children at all times. Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are installed. The property is not wheelchair accessible. Minimum stay is 5 nights. A 24-hour manned security gate protects the community.
